Movers and Shapers: International Students and Intergenerational Communities".   Curatorial vision for in-person exhibit.

The ‘Mural of Memory’ will naturally explore the below themes, as
international students bring in rich cultural experiences, and all
experience their own bildungsroman, and older people would have
also experienced movement and migration of some sort no matter
their background.
Themes: coming-of-age, cultural fusion, experimental, kitsch, recent
nostalgia
Exhibited pieces will be sourced through the ‘Mural of Memory’

Artwork produced through the intergenerational workshops that
will happen as part of the wider festival

Types of artwork that would be included - paintings, drawings,
small-scale sculpture, knitting and fabric pieces, photography prints

Exhibition pieces will be produced using recycled and
environmentally friendly material.
