Unpacking That Trunk is a Family-Centred Storytelling Workshop with Akuba (Grace Quansah) on Saturday 25th October 2025, 5.00 – 7.30 pm, North Pavilion Playing Fields, Acton, W3 OJF.
“Join us for an unforgettable evening of storytelling, poetry, drama, and family fun as Akuba opens her late father’s trunk — uncovering treasures and hidden stories connected to Marcus Garvey’s Black Star Line and the Pan-African legacy.”
Suitable for children (7+), families, and all curious minds. Light refreshments available. Free & open to all — no booking required but registration on the day! Come and discover, create, and share your own “trunk stories.” Let’s celebrate Black History Season & 365 together! Hosted by Akuba in partnership with ARTification.
